Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with PhD preferred

- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding for experimental technology initiatives
