- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish KPIs for technology innovation initiatives and measure impact on business growth
- Foster an innovation culture through hackathons, incubation programs, and startup collaborations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive technologies with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, sustainable tech) and market dynamics
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic narratives
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-functional global teams
- Certifications in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CDMP) or innovation management strongly preferred
