Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with company vision for 2026
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate innovation into existing business models
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI on innovation initiatives
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating to business strategy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with agile methodologies and digital transformation projects
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in forecasting tools
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
