Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) with transformative potential
- Architect scalable innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and commercialization of futuristic solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate long-term tech strategy into corporate vision and investor relations
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological readiness and competitive advantage in 5-year horizons
- Represent the company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership on future trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- CFMP (Certified Future Management Professional) or equivalent foresight certification
