Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives for 2026
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints exploring quantum applications and next-gen AI frameworks
- Analyze emerging technologies (Web4.0, neuromorphic computing) for commercial viability
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate strategic tech initiatives into company growth plans
- Manage a $5M innovation fund for prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for AI deployment and quantum computing governance
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on technology disruption risks
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in trend forecasting tools
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $3M
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
