- Develop innovation frameworks for sustainable tech adoption and ethical AI deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps

- Experience with scenario planning and market forecasting methodologies
