Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation consulting
- Expertise in quantum computing or advanced AI systems
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures to $100M+
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or MIT Tech Review
- Experience with UN SDG tech frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin or German (global markets)
