Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions and organizational goals
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and assess commercial viability
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives and investor relations
- Manage a portfolio of innovation projects from ideation to market launch with measurable ROI
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists, data scientists, and technical architects
- Represent the company at global tech forums and publish thought leadership on future trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven experience in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical technologies (e.g., generative AI, advanced robotics, Web3)
- Track record of launching at least two successful tech products/services in the past 5 years
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Strong leadership experience managing diverse technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Published thought leadership or patents in technology innovation fields
