Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum, AI, sustainable tech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Analyze emerging tech trends through market research and competitive intelligence
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Drive pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with Fortune 500 partners
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and sustainable tech adoption
- Maintain partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation labs
- Report on KPIs and ROI for strategic initiatives to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/sustainable tech)
- Experience developing long-term tech roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management expertise
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics) preferred
- Track record of launching successful tech innovation initiatives
