Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead competitive analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into development pipelines
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of technology innovators and research partners

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies

- Certification in technology forecasting (e.g., Gartner, TechCast) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and risk modeling for 5+ year horizons
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business required
