Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts for 2026
- Lead moonshot R&D initiatives in quantum AI, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech leaders
- Present future technology frameworks to investors and board members securing $50M+ funding
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for emerging technologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in exponential technology adoption methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment horizons
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching billion-dollar technology products
- Expertise in at least three exponential tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Executive presence with board-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in CS, Engineering, or Business with PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology futures (Forbes, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 500+ in high-growth tech environments
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
