Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global market trends and societal needs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, autonomous systems, biotech interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships and grant proposals
- Present findings to C-suite and industry consortiums at global tech summits
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurism
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (patents required)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Deep knowledge of AI ethics, blockchain scalability, and climate tech
