Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, neural interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into existing ecosystems
- Manage a $5M innovation budget for pilot programs and strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI/ML, or blockchain technologies
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in technology journals (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams and global innovation networks
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks like Porter's Five Forces and SWOT analysis
- Strong understanding of regulatory landscapes (GDPR, CCPA, AI Act compliance)
