Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, metaverse)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for disruptive technologies
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and responsible innovation
- Manage $2M+ R&D budget for future technology incubation projects
- Represent company at global tech summits and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech development
- Expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, or AI/ML architectures
- Proven track record of launching technology products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS, CTSP) or equivalent
- Experience managing distributed teams across 3+ time zones
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
