Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, bio-digital twins)
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic research institutions and government innovation labs
- Present technology visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum systems to production
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience with international technology policy development
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and systems modeling software
- Certification in Technology Architecture (e.g., TOGAF, CTA)
