Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with our vision for human-machine symbiosis
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through patent analysis, academic partnerships, and startup scouting
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact assessments
- Build and manage a global network of research institutions and technology pioneers
- Anticipate regulatory shifts and ethical implications of breakthrough technologies
- Mentor innovation teams in futures-thinking methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record of commercializing next-gen technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Experience with global tech policy frameworks and ethical AI governance
- Portfolio of successful technology roadmaps with measurable market impact
- Fluency in futures methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, scenario planning)
