- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives spanning engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with technology startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Oversee the development of proof-of-concept projects for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making abilities
