Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our Innovation Labs
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Conduct market analysis for emerging tech adoption patterns
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Strong background in patent development and IP strategy
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
