Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, neurotech) for strategic integration
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscaping in emerging tech verticals
- Present technology adoption strategies to executive leadership and investor boards
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology ROI and market impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning skills
- Published thought leadership in tech futures or innovation management
