Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to C-suite executives
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for future tech development
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership in tech sector
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., CTO School, Tech Futures)
- Experience with patent strategy and IP portfolio management
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
