Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market disruption and growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and assess commercial viability
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams on futuristic technology adoption frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech domains
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, or decentralized systems
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology journals (IEEE, Nature)
