Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with emerging tech adoption cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum computing principles
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or patents in future technologies
