You'll collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) and assess strategic implications
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Conduct scenario planning for technology disruptions and build adaptive frameworks
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with corporate vision
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI adoption and responsible innovation
- Represent company at industry forums and shape future technology discourse
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related leadership roles
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or MBA required
- Certification in emerging technologies or strategic foresight preferred
