- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership
- Manage innovation budget and resource allocation for future initiatives
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies in long-term R&D cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation roles
- Proven experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong background in product lifecycle management
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
