Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web4.0) for strategic implementation by 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize technology investments
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI on innovation initiatives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for collaborative R&D
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Experience working in agile environments and managing innovation pipelines
- Certification in strategic planning or technology management preferred
