Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026+ market predictions and societal shifts
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory trends affecting technology adoption
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to foster internal ideation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of successfully launching emerging technologies to market
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced materials, or biotech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing diverse stakeholders
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business; PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry forums
