Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead innovation workshops identifying disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Analyze emerging tech ecosystems to identify strategic partnerships and acquisition targets
- Present technology foresight reports to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen solutions with 15+ R&D engineers
- Drive cross-functional adoption of emerging technologies across global operations
- Maintain competitive intelligence through industry conferences and patent analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (blockchain, AR/VR, AI/ML)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation
- Experience presenting to C-suite and investment boards
- Deep understanding of 2026 tech landscape predictions
- Portfolio showcasing at least 3 commercialized innovations
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
