Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a 5-year technology strategy roadmap targeting 2026 market leadership
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation pods through the full product development lifecycle
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to investors, board members, and key stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and track technology adoption curves
- Partner with academic institutions and government agencies on next-gen research initiatives
- Build and lead a high-performing team of futurists, engineers, and domain experts
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products valued at $100M+
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technology ecosystems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (e.g., Nature, IEEE)
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
