Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized web infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with 20+ engineers to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing labs and Web3 pioneers
- Develop AI governance frameworks ensuring ethical deployment of autonomous systems
- Present future tech vision to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Mentor a team of 5 futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/Web3)
- Proven track record leading $50M+ digital transformation initiatives
- Expertise in futures research methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms and quantum algorithms
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent technical innovation experience
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ engineers
