Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum computing applications and neural interfaces
- Conduct scenario planning for AI ethics, decentralized systems, and biotech convergence
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Establish strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and EU Horizon 2030 initiatives
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and technical architects
- Present at Davos, Web Summit, and CES to shape industry discourse
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching $50M+ digital transformation initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research in Nature/Science
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Security clearance (Top Secret) or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ patented technologies deployed at enterprise scale
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act)
- Native-level English with proficiency in Mandarin or German
