Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 digital ecosystems
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and decentralized AI
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with ESG and UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Incubate startups within our innovation lab focused on climate-tech and neuro-interfaces
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through federal grants and private partnerships
- Mentor next-gen engineers in emerging tech certifications
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures to $100M+ valuation
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent with published research in Nature/Science
- Expertise in futures methodology (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM Qiskit or Google Cirq)
- Experience securing DARPA/EU Horizon grants for deep tech
- Portfolio of deployed solutions impacting 1M+ users
- Fluency in Mandarin, Hindi, or Arabic for global collaboration
