- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics) into product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype breakthrough solutions for future markets
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to anticipate technological shifts and competitive disruptions
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor a team of futurists and technical architects to cultivate next-generation innovation capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging technologies
- 12+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with $50M+ impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global markets and diverse stakeholder groups
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or industry transformation
