- Develop patentable frameworks for human-AI symbiotic systems
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in C-suite roles
- Proven track record in launching category-defining tech products
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or neuromorphic systems
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or MBA
- Patent portfolio in AI ethics or human-computer interaction
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to commercialization
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE or similar)
