Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to inform strategic planning for 2026-2030
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with clear milestones and investment projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, product, and business units on future capabilities
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies and regulatory shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish KPIs for measuring future technology adoption and ROI
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for early innovation access
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them to business value
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, Web3, neuromorphic computing)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Professional) preferred
