Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead research in emerging fields (quantum AI, bio-integrated systems, neural interfaces)
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future tech into product roadmaps
- Build and lead a global team of futurists and innovation architects
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum labs and academic research institutions
- Present visionary frameworks to investors and industry consortiums
- Drive ethical technology frameworks for exponential innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record in commercializing future-focused innovations
- Deep expertise in at least 3 of: quantum computing, AGI, neuromorphic engineering, or decentralized systems
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary R&D teams through exponential growth phases
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with startup scaling experience
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
