Responsibilities
- Research and forecast emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, Web3) with 5-year strategic implications
- Develop technology adoption roadmaps for enterprise clients in healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and solve complex business challenges
- Analyze competitive landscapes and patent trends to position InnovateX as a market leader
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our state-of-the-art innovation labs
- Create executive-level technology briefings and strategic recommendations for C-suite stakeholders
- Manage technology incubation programs for startups and academic partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized technology products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
- Experience with agile development methodologies and technology lifecycle management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
