- Mentor a team of 12 engineers and futurists
- Patent 3+ breakthrough technologies annually
- Report directly to the Chief Innovation Officer
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in quantum/AI leadership
- PhD in Computer Science or related field from Tier 1 institution
- Proven track record of scaling startups to $100M+ valuations
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and synthetic biology
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Speaker at 3+ major tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, TC Disrupt)
