Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (2026 horizon) including quantum computing, next-gen AI, and biotech convergence
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating disruptive innovations into product pipelines
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Mentor junior strategists in future technology methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating tech trends into business strategy
- Exceptional analytical and predictive modeling skills
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
