- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with company vision
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web4.0)
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams on technology integration
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and innovation impact
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with quarterly strategic reviews
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO-level leadership
- Proven track record in scaling technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, blockchain, AI/ML, and decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent strategic accreditation
- Exceptional data analytics and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to boards and C-suite executives
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, or keynotes)
