Responsibilities

- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical tech adoption and responsible innovation
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with data-driven scenarios
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem analysis
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (blockchain, AGI, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with ethical tech frameworks (UN SDGs, IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
