- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads on future-proof architecture
- Publish thought leadership on next-gen technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum solutions
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Experience with $1M+ budget management
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Master's in Computer Science or equivalent field
- Strong proficiency in Python and cloud architecture
- Exceptional stakeholder communication skills
