Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with corporate vision and market trends

- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and government agencies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and competitive threats
- Present technology strategies to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech practices
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching commercialized technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, blockchain, neurotech)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite boards and investors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
- Deep understanding of technology policy and ethical frameworks
