- Lead innovation sprints and R&D initiatives to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Establish KPIs to measure technology ROI and impact on market positioning
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related leadership roles
- Proven experience developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, Web3, biotech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive boards
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and/or technology foresight methodologies
