- Develop and execute a 3-year technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to the C-suite and board
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and thought leadership
- Monitor global tech policy developments and advise on regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, Web3, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs or R&D divisions
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or innovation management
