Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 18-month implementation cycles
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, bio-integrated systems) for market integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and business development teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board with data-backed ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment timelines
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 disruptive technology initiatives
- Expertise in AI/ML, distributed systems, and exponential technology convergence
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Impact Assessment
