Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging market trends and disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biometric interfaces
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough innovations with $50M+ commercial potential
- Present technology visions to Fortune 500 clients and government innovation councils
- Mentor next-gen engineers in future-focused development methodologies
- Drive sustainability integration into all technology architecture decisions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics preferred
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (3+ exits/patents)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI, or climate tech
- C-level advisory experience with Fortune 500 companies or governments
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and AI-driven trend analysis platforms
