Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ vision, aligning with business objectives
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and evaluate disruptive startups
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation pipeline efficiency
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of forward-thinking experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and commercializing emerging innovations
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., TensorFlow, AWS Quantum) required
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs or R&D divisions
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
