Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 7+ years experience

- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to translate complex concepts to stakeholders
