Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and validation of future-tech concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups focused on next-gen solutions
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications on technology evolution and its societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Experience with futures research methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Published work on technological disruption or future trends (whitepapers, patents, or industry journals)
