Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for R&D initiatives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across product portfolios
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative modeling skills
- Experience with scenario planning and technology roadmapping
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) strongly preferred
